The Jar Key
‘My favourite kitchen aid?’
Product Name:
Brix Jar Key
Overall thoughts:
My favourite kitchen aid. So simple. yet effective. Does what it says on the tin (or jar)
Why you should trust my review: I’m a kitchen aid connoisseur, daily living aid fanatic and lover of a life hack or not so pointless gadget. Just joking, however I do have an inability to walk past any daily living aid I see in the shop that I don't already own and purchase them.

Revisited thoughts/ updated review:
Five years on and my jar key is still going strong- I’ve bought so many people these and they haven’t looked back. I've tried many a jar opener and others simply don't compare, it's lightweight and doesn't strain my wrist and it looks good- what more could you want really.
Why I’m using it:
I struggle with my dexterity due to my hyper mobility, my wrists and fingers are floppy, often painful and like to pop out.
What I like and don’t like:
I love how easy it is to use, such little pressure is needed to use the jar key. It's definitely the best on the market, however it doesn't have multi functions like other tools on the market. If the handle was rounded for a more ergonomic feel this would be a 12/10.
Comfort: Easy to use. Small, could have non slip ridges perhaps?
Appearance: Small sleek ergonomic. My PA’s often say ‘what’s this’ people think it’s a bottle opener. It doesn’t look like much but it’s everything- essential item in my drawer.
Comparison to others on the market:
Believe it or not I have tried many many different jar openers including a homemade techniques, personally I feel it's the best by miles.
I had Hand therapy
What problems does it solve?
Open jars with ease.
Who is this product best for:

Available in different colours. Mine is white

Faff factor? No faff & it also doesn’t require scissors to get it off the cardboard - what more could you want! Sounds silly but yeah.
